Joe started his career in the Payment Processing industry in 1994 as a District Sales Manager with a Midwest based Sales office. With this ISO, he developed a 40+ person independent sales team within a 7 state territory, hiring and training MLS representatives. He founded Premier in 1998 and through his leadership, PPS built a reputation of integrity throughout the industry, becoming a top tier ISO.
In 2012, Joe established a digital marketing service offering to compliment the merchant services program. This suite of digital marketing tools aids independent businesses by helping them establish a solid base for their digital online presence. The array of tools that Premier offers are the same tools used by large retail & restaurant chains.
In 2019, Joe redefined his vision for Premier, securing a strong financial partner and assisting in the development of a Shared Services model of business. Through these relationships, Joe is now committed to growing Premier through acquisitions and capital interest in sales offices across the country.
